How It Works
User Registers

User Pays & Setup
Once a user registers and completes payment, we will set them up with the correct access and send a welcome email. They are given an onboarding guide. Link is below.
This is a beta approach and will be fully automated by end of summer.
User Booking
In the current beta, users will book directly using their GolfBooking log in (which we have created and passed to them).
Booking is now supported in the Fareway Golf app and we are going to move golfers to the app.
Billing
Billing: if users paid upfront, they will have one charge and they are good to go. If they paid monthly, they will be billed monthly. Payments will be prorated from the day they joined.
They will only pay for the period from when they registered to the end of the membership season.
